About Me:

I live in coastal southern California, where I'm working on a memoir.
I'd like to include more forms of writing here, but due to limited menu bar space,
that's a project for the future!

I've been told to tag this page with my name so that search engines spot it.
The easiest way to do this is to explain its meaning and pronounciation:

Avra is pronounced AH-vra.  It's a female variant of the Hebrew name Avram. 
Avra means Sea Breeze in Greek and is also associated with breath ~
according to this website, Avra means Breath of Life.

Kouffman is pronounced Kauffman.  It's one of many variants of this surname.
